Romans 12:1 (NLT)
12 And so, dear brothers and sisters,[a] I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him (which is your reasonable service)
Dear Lord, I want to start my prayer just offering You me. If there is anything I can do to be of a service to You, I ask that You show me and guide me to it so that I can do it. I want to present and offer my body and my life to You because of all You have done for me, because You offered Yourself for my sin. I want to be a living and holy sacrifice that you will be pleased with. I want my life to be worship to You. Lord help me not to give into the temptations of my flesh and the world, that will cause me to take my offering from You. I know that when I give into temptation and sing, I sacrifice all the promises You have for me, I put Your blessings and favor toward me on the line and I DO NOT want to do that. You have been so good to me and love me like no one ever has and I don’t want to risk Your love over selfish desire. So I want to give You me in every acceptable way and I pray your recieve me and continue to have grace and mercy toward me even when I miss the mark. Thank You for the ultimate sacrifice.
